Dark Knight Health is an independent blog on health, training, supplements, recovery and sleep. The content is told first-person by The Knight, an original editorial character — a fictional vigilante who protects the City at night and obsessively studies how to keep the body in operating condition.
The character is a narrative device to make health topics more engaging and memorable. All recommendations and claims are based on science and reviewed by human editors before publication.
Our mission
Translate what the best available evidence says about the body, training and recovery into direct, useful language, with no magic promises. We would rather disappoint people looking for shortcuts than lie to people looking for results.
How we review content (E-E-A-T)
- Sources: we prioritize meta-analyses, systematic reviews, medical society guidelines and randomized controlled trials published in peer-reviewed journals.
- Process: every article goes through drafting, editorial content review, fact-checking and final review before it goes live. Publication and update dates are visible.
- Ethics: we never replace a medical consultation. We always flag when a topic requires professional evaluation. Ads and affiliate links are openly disclosed.
