Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Transparency is part of the Lair's code. This page explains how the affiliate links published on Dark Knight Health work.

What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link is a special URL that identifies a visit to a partner store as coming from this site. If you click and make a purchase, the Lair earns a commission from the partner store — at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same you would pay without going through our link.

Where they appear

Our affiliate links appear mainly in the "The Knight's Arsenal" block at the end of each article, and occasionally within the content when it makes sense to cite a specific product. Whenever there is an affiliate link, you will see:

  • A clear disclosure note above the block;
  • Technical link attributes (rel="sponsored nofollow noopener");
  • Opening in a new tab, where applicable.

How we choose products

Selection is editorial. We recommend categories and products that fit the article's topic and that we consider useful to the reader, based on evidence, experience, and reasonable pricing. No brand pays to appear nor to receive a favorable review. If a product is bad, it doesn't go in — and if we ever enter a paid commercial partnership (direct sponsorship), it will be explicitly flagged in the content.

Programs we may participate in

We may participate in programs such as the Amazon Associates Program and other affiliate programs from stores specializing in supplements and training equipment. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. The list may change over time.

Cookies and tracking

When you click an affiliate link, the partner platform may set cookies in your browser to attribute any resulting sale to Dark Knight Health. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your trust

None of this matters more than your trust. If you feel a link or product shouldn't be here, write to contact@darkknighthealth.com — The Knight takes criticism seriously.
